New Moon Speaks #3 – Gemini Edition

I’d never think I’d have trouble to keep up with the changing moon phases. Today is another New Moon! (luckily I remembered) So, I looked up the sign it’s in, and laughed out … friggin’ Gemini! How ironic, it brings a smile on my face.

I am so busy doing a million of things, my mind is at thousands of places simultaneously and I can’t remember the last time I actually chilled out.

– Luna aka Moon, 2017

:’D

I forget to have breakfast regularly as I keep trying to catch up with time itself. I don’t know how many calls were made from my phone during the last week alone because there was so much business to be taken care of. Meanwhile I’ve lost track of the blogs I follow because lately I can only come online once a day for a few minutes, if I’m lucky.

I just realised I haven’t posted anything in almost a week! :O It’s midday in my place and I can’t believe, I’m lying on the floor near my cat to make this post, heck, I am online! The last 4 hours of my day were busy yet exciting once again! It’s not a bad thing. I like being busy – but I appreciate a breather. This time for real: “At some point today I’m gonna chill and do nothing.”

Maybe sometimes we need to remember to be like the Moon, we’re going through  phases. It’s all good.

      1. Hey there Moon… I have been working quite a bit lately and resisting the urge to write about the embarrassment known as donald trump! But it is still not my time… I am hoping to rejoin my fellow artists at some point. Although it may be with a different theme, maybe something more uplifting. It is tough to just publish feel good stories when so many are left unaware of what is happening right in front of them. Or that could just be my own personal hang-up! Lately I have given street photography a go… It is intrusive, yet challenging. LoL! Good thing I have a good zoom lens. :) I hope all is going well for you over there! I will msg you again, but until then… All the best!

      2. Hi there! It’s always good to see you around. If you love doing something you’ll keep coming back to it. It’s never wrong to experiment around, what do you have to lose? :) Things were difficult for me lately so I wasn’t around here at all. Sorry for the late reply. I’d love to see your photos, photography is one of those things I always enjoy checking out – no pressure, though, you have to do what feels right for you! Thank you so much for stopping by and keeping in touch!

      3. Hey Moon… I am sorry hear that things have not been great as of late. :( I am hoping that things are on an upswing by the time you are getting this reply. So, it seems as if that orange-infant had finally struck my last nerve. AAARRRGHHH !!! You will likely see my blogs being posted, just maybe not as frequently. It did feel good though to write about it. Even if my title was a bit crass… LoL! Take care, as always! :)

  1. The phrase “Maybe sometimes we need to remember to be like the moon, we’re going through phases. It’s all good.” will now always stick with me :) for one, I love the moon, sometimes it is the only thing we can rely on. But secondly, definitely something I needed to hear since I’m going through a feeling burnt out phase :) makes it easier to not be too hard on myself. Thank you

  2. Loved it, as always. What else can I say xD
You need to chill, Luna. I hope you chilled out yesterday because I did. That was really fun! Thanks for that.
Sounds like you’re having fun in whatever is keeping you busy! :D
